Apostle Ernest Leonard is the founder and Senior Pastor of Victory Church Provision of Promise Family Church International Ministries.  He has an active outreach through several radios and television broadcasting program.  He holds a Masters of Business Education, Doctor of Divinity and Doctor of Ministries. He is the President and Executive Director of the School of Apostle.  He is the Founder and Overseer of the Cornelius International Network and the Repairer of the Breach Foundation.

Apostle Leonard travels extensively throughout the United States teaching prayer and spiritual warfare and establishing prayer networks in other regions.
